Founded in May 2009, Swansea2let.com is the first website to be launched as part
of the UK2LET brand.
The ethos behind Swansea2let is to provide a locally focused website giving the
broadest market view to its visitors. To achieve this, we have given every agent,
large or small, the opportunity to upload their property data to Swansea2let for
FREE!
To this end, we spent much time, contacting local agents, endeavouring not to leave
anyone out, (something that many large property websites appear not achieve particularly
well).
To provide the most beneficial spread of information to prospective tenants, we
considered it essential that private landlords' properties were also included. These
are displayed on the Swansea2let website clearly annotated as "PRIVATE LANDLORD".
Whilst we believe that we have created a website that provides an excellent tool
for those seeking rental properties locally, we will nevertheless continue to liaise
with our local letting agents and landlords to improve what we hope will soon become
the most comprehensive rental property site for Swansea and its surrounding areas.

Private Landlords
Swansea2let allows private landlords to be integrated with local agents. As a landlord
you will be able to register and obtain immediate access to your online account.
You only have to upload your properties and images once, as thereafter your account
will store them for your return and re-advertisement - no more adding those details
over and over again!
The property details and image upload tools are very easy to use, and we hope that
you will come back to use this service on many occasions.
In the near future, we are launching additional tools for the landlord login area.
These will allow you to manage other aspects of your letting business all in one
place.
